Won’t start
I loved this so much a few years ago. However, after reinstalling it the game always freezes in the tutorial. The rat attacks my archer and then the game freezes and becomes completely unresponsive.

Too many pop ups
Fun game but way too many pop ups. Another greedy gaming company that focuses on pop ups every 10 seconds as opposed to actual content. I understand they need money but these rates of pop ups is ridiculous! Also $120 usd for a gear set is absolutely absurd. Whoever is in charge of your pricing should be fired immediately!

Dungeon Artifacts
After I beat a new stage in Dungeon, I’ll have a lucky spin. Every spin, I always watch two ads so I can get a guaranteed chest. Those chest will give me artifacts. But for some reason, sometimes the artifact just doesn’t show up in my storage. I never find them.
Also, I don’t know if it is my phone or not, but the game often crashes.

Too Many Pay To Play Pop Ups
Fun game. But expect excessive game advertising pay to play pop ups. I’m talking about 8-10 every time you start the game and at least 1-2 every time you navigate within the game.
Where’s the Mute Button
Enjoying the game but really want to mute the sounds so I can listen to music or audiobook while I play please!!

Game is great
The game itself is great but it’s a huge money grab. The prices make zero since. $100 for 4000 gems? Doesn’t even get you 10 hero summons. Which you may get a legendary out of it. $30 for a hero skin? Then you gotta buy multiple skins. $15 a month for diamond pass but you still have to buy the monthly season pass for $10 or $30 for premium. Game is great but pricing makes it hard to want to keep playing. Make your money but make it reasonable and people would spend more

a game with tremendous potential that still relies on gambling. a "chance" to upgrade your weapon with gold is gambling. especially if you pay money for gold, and if you don't, you pay with your time.

Great Game
I think certain cards that are legendary are almost not good enough to be legendary. Crypt Lord is good but its skills make no sense for a support. Alot i mean alot of skills i think should be edited changed etc. there should be a trade mechanic there shud be more epic and rare cards than legendary. I feel like in a card styled game like this a really solid deck would have like mostly epic faired with a really good or 2 legendary cards that have skills that make the deck work better. There also needs to be more to do within the game playing the arena all day gets boring. Im not a huge fan of the artifacts but if they’re gonna be there, there should be more types of skills they provide. Overall things should move quicker and im not sure whats up with the summoning i get the same 3 epic cards almost more often than i get rare cards. While also never having summoned other epic cards. I feel like theres a bit too much focus on the goblins and dragon decks recently to the point where they arent completed scaled fairly against other factions. Last deck power doesnt really make sense cuz people with decks like 4 million less than me can beat me and people who have decks 5 million stronger than me i have beaten before, but that goes back to my previous point. Certain factions are just stronger i feel like. Its a great game but needs to have alot more i hope this happens soon.

課金要素しないと強くなれない
不具合など多かったが、少し改善。ただ、以前より課金要素強めになり新キャラなど全く手に入らず飽きるしつまらない。無課金ユーザー大切にしないとどんどんユーザー離れになるかと。一年以上経ったがもうほとんどやっていないし、もう変わらないためアンストします。残念。

The single player experience is fine
Besides the ads being misleading, multiplayer (which is the main purpose of the game) is p2w. I used to be one of the top 100 players in the game as f2p, never spent a penny. Then they started releasing paywall cards that were immediately S tier. Then they started releasing features for ‘quality of life’ that just let you pay to win tournaments at the last second (skip tickets). They also reduced the gold you could get from battles and increased gear upgrade costs. Definitely dropped from top 100 after that.
My literal last straw was that they wouldn’t ban a hacker who was reported multiple times and taking spots on leaderboards. (He had a card in his deck that doesn’t exist as a card you can put in decks, it only exists as a token)
Oh yeah, also the 2nd person they hired for player support comes off as abrasive and unempathetic (they only had literally 1 person for years, she needs a raise).
