I just…greatly appreciate the transparency and vulnerability of the couples you all interview/have conversations with. It takes a lot to hold yourself accountable. Especially when you’re not at your best. So when you’re talking about relationships, trauma, learned behavior, society, etc. it can be overwhelming. To do this in front of a camera for the world to see requires courage. Thank you to all of the couples who share their stories (good and bad). You all are inspiring, and your stories motivate me. I wish you all nothing but THEE BEST on your journeys.

I love this show because black relationships need encouragement and support. This is the most positive resource we have and we don’t use it enough. We should be watching this as a family and with our children so we can change the narrative and leave a legacy for the next generation. Thank you for this resource and authentic information.
