Horrible app experience
I’m unable to modify my subscription on this app. Also coffee was sent to an address I used five years ago; an address I deleted years ago The help bot is worthless and called to speak to a real person who did fix my order. But this app blows

This makes buying the Black Rifle coffee you desire more easier. It’s also easy to change up your subscription in case you’re tired of the same roast or flavor. You can also buy merchandise with ease and points are very beneficial. Customer service is also quickly responsive and very generous and understanding.

Terrible Customer Service!
I have had issues with orders. It’s impossible to speak with a real person, continuing to receive an auto-generated reply with no resolution. I’ve attempted numerous times to cancel my subscription, with no success. Beyond frustrating!
