Log in error

I left a review earlier and came back to see that it’s been deleted. I paid for the subscription, shortly after the app crashed and logged me out. I have been unable to log in, and unable to get a password reset link sent to my email even after verifying it. The app is saying incorrect log in credentials however I know it’s the correct one. I attempted to email support and have not been assisted. I even left a review here that was deleted earlier. Can someone help I feel like I was tricked out of my money .

Awful!

You state you prefer men and women show up. It’s a waste of money. The app sends messages you didn’t write!

Not happy

Site does not notify with the hearts that someone is looking at your profile or wants to speak to you on your profile. It does not go to the email address very upset for the amount that I pay. I have tried and tried to get them to make it work, but they are not doing their job.

Glitches in app

This app freezes a lot. I have an iPhone and when I tap on one message another message will open, not the one I’m trying to read. I have to close and reopen the app a lot.

Dear customer, do you use most recent version? That could happen with 1.x app versions but hardly with current 2.1.x which is rock stable and fully functional. If on 2.x, please report your concerns to apps@firstbeatmedia.com, we'll investigate. Thanks.

Worst app ever, hacked

The profiles on this app are of “people” who do not message or respond to messages. I have messaged one person of 50, who seemed to be real. Supposed messages overlap in the message list, making it difficult to read. One message is a constant ad for another app. On February 2, 2023 at 10:17 pm PST the app sent out 100s of messages from me to people, then did it again on February 3, 2023 at 2:00 pm. Worst money ever spent in the stupidest app ever created.

Dear customer, nobody ever complained about messages overlap - please send a screenshot to apps@firstbeatmedia.com, we'll investigate. All people in the app are real, we never add any fake/bot profiles so feel free to contact anyone. Yes there is single ad entry in mailbox, clearly marked "ad". Reaching out with multiple members that could be your potential match is a feature, not a bug - you been asked if you want to and agreed. If you want it stopped, go to Icebreakers section of the mailbox and delete.

This is not a good app for dating. I have paid for the premium subscription and sometimes I can log in and sometimes not. I have contacted the 800 number. I received messages that I can’t get or receive. I would not recommend this sight at all
