Camera and flashlight issues

I downloaded this as my organizing started using it. However I began having intermittent issues with my front camera and flashlight. Then all of a sudden front cameras don’t work and just give me a black screen and flashlight stops working all together. I tried a bunch of fixes but nothing worked. I then deleted the app and it worked immediately. I will not be downloading this app again.

Tried several different organization codes, none worked. It would be better if it had a drop down to choose either an installation or organization.

Update

Noticed the app had a new update a few days ago. Updated the app, was able to open it now every time I try to press on DOS Domestic, I get an “unknown error”
