Poor Effort and Bad Experience
- The app (and the site for that matter) don’t send account verification codes.
- Orders aren't allowed to be placed with no explanation or alternative options.

Order ready function is not functional…
The other reviews are correct. The “order ready” notification is completely arbitrary. Showed up and was chided for not giving them enough time to prepare the order. Otherwise the app seems fairly functional.
Not what I thought …
This app is someone’s bad idea. I’m a frequent Blackbird customer and thought it would be a great way to avoid having to carry around the loyalty punch card which I tend to lose or not have with me. NOPE! It’s only a way to order donuts on-line and you CANNOT use it in-store (unless you order online while you’re in the store). Seemed a bit ridiculous to me.

Can’t even sign up
When I enter my phone number, it takes me to a prompt to log in with my email. But I’m a new customer, so I haven’t given them my email and don’t have a password. Terrible app
App Stinks
Blackbird doughnuts are great, but this app is terrible. It’s trying to get me to download another app and won’t let me confirm form submission when creating profile.
Unfortunately, I may be taking my business elsewhere. Frustrated.
