Billing Platform is Trash
Their billing is insane. lol It has no logic to it. E.g. You will lapse on the 15th of May (maybe you don’t have time for the platform that month) and renew on the 3rd of June…then come the 15th of June your account claims its past due and you can’t even log in. Support is awful. Holly is probably the worst to deal with lol

Use your own app every day and see how poor it is. Chart settings don’t persist have to keep setting them over and over again the premarket scan works when it feels like it not this morning maybe it will work tomorrow morning.

I downloaded blackbox shortly after my husband passed and I inherited his portfolio. It has made the learning curve essentially flatline. With free classes for members, real-time feeds on all markets, etc, I have been able to go from a nervous novice to growing my portfolio by 56% since January. FIFTY SIX PERCENT. I’ll never trade without Blackbox.

App is trash buttons dont work
If your buying this service and expect the app to work dont. Some of the buttons, key for its usability doesnt even work. I tried everything.

Sorry your app can’t compete with discord
The site, moderators is amazing but the app is extremely bad UI-UX, barely functioning. And now themanagement wants everyone to exclusively use the app for moderator & flow alerts, live chat and audio. Sorry but your app isn’t remotely close to provide a good experience thay discord currently provides.

App is not working
App is not working in iphone what so ever deleted it and then reinstalled again restarted my phone but nothing tried a different phone still nothing
App is dead after 2.1.1 and 2.1.2.10 updates
No response from developer other than “delete the app, reinstall the app” rinse repeat Stupidity is to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result
UPDATE Jun 10 22: none of the subsequent updates has fixed my problem. App doesn’t work on any of the iPhones I have tried it on. Company gave me 17.5% refund and allowed me continued use of the app, which is kind of nice but pointless because app doesn’t work on any of the iPhones I have tried it on.
