I love this app
I love black-and-white photography. And this app does one of the best jobs in creating black-and-white images of different shades. And it’s very easy.
Outdated and Unsupported - Avoid
This app appears to be abandoned by its developers. It lacks support for recent iPhone models and their multiple lens capabilities (ultrawide, telephoto). Unless you're content with solely using the standard lens, this app is effectively useless on newer devices. It should be removed from the app store due to its lack of maintenance.

Best black and white editor - used for 5 yrs!
I have many photo apps including many paid. I love this one and it gives cool black and white looks i cant otherwise reproduce on other photo editing apps. This one is perfect and i hope it stays around long time. Ive used this one I believe for almost 5 years! Hard to believe but it’s the one i look for for special photos i want to enhance different types of personalities or overall vibes. My favorite is one i took of my daughter when she was about 6 in a candid photo when we lost a loved one, where the black and white enhances her tough and resilient side. Not the same at all in normal black and white or color photo editors, and i don't know how this one does it. But i love it!

I have bought the app and it does everything I need and more for amazing black and white photography.
Very disappointing
Was looking for a good to decent B&W camera app for my 12 Pro Max. Initial filters look really good... until you take a shot and the app locks up. Every. Time. Restart? No difference. I want my $2 back.
Best black & white photos
Really highlights the strengths in black and white imagry in photos! No other imagE editor ive found that converts my regular photos into classically gorgeous black and white like this one. I love how the different black amd whites can show different characteristics and personalities in photos, which ive not seen captured in other editors. This app WRiter has to be Both a very gifted coder and even more so a gifted artist! I love it. Thank you. Ps ive heard it also takes photos from the app but ive not tried this feature yet....i just edit my regular role as it is, and it already stands out amongst the other editors! Helps me appreciate the black and white photo art - now that i see what it can really do w images.🖤🤍🖤🤍

Good but frustrating
For some reason you can’t select between the three lenses on the iPhone. Only the standard lens is allowed. This is very frustrating. The filters are wonderful and I really like this app overall.
Really good B&W photo app
I’ve had this for quite some time and really like the choices I have in taking a pic and or editing it. If you really like B&W photography, this app is for you. I highly recommend this app.

Monochrome filter previews
I searched for this one use in an App. This one is the only one I found that delivers! Genius!!!
I bought an expensive monochrome conversion camera. But to get the image I want I have to use color filters. That means test shots and lots of time to find the image I want.
Now I can set up a test shot on my phone with this app and then try on the red, green, yellow, and blue filters that I carry. Then I can select the best filter from the app, and put it on my Nikon!

The best B&W photo app
For me this app provides a fantastic array of choices for very appealing black and white photographs. I prefer black and white anyhow because I’m colorblind.
Simply the Best Black and White Camera App
I tried several black and white camera apps but this one is by far my favorite. It is easy to use, it offers many different options and you only pay once. It also takes color pictures, and you can slide your finger along the right side of the screen to fade from color to B&W. This app is my first choice for photography.

Fantastic but wish it had more
This app has been a staple on my phone for a few years now. For me it is a go to night camera. I really wish this app also took video as well. It pulls in light at night but also can darken stuff for those darker style photos we love so much. A zoom option would be a great additional well. All in all one of my favorite camera apps.

Disappointed
Doesn’t have all the features of the android version.
I wanted to like this app...
It takes amazing looking photos but won’t save them. Tried pulling the pictures up in the app and just get a black screen. Went into the camera roll and saw the BlackCam folder and it was empty. Disappointing.
ABSOLUTELY let down
I reallllllly love everything about this app except the fact that I have taken so many pictures with it and when I went to look for a folder that I thought maybe they were being saved in... There was nothing. ALL those pictures GONE. I am extremely upset. So I tried to take an individual picture and export it and nothing would happen. Extremely let down.

The cam form of this app looks ugly on iPhone XS Max. It needs to be fixed to get my attention. Deleted.
