I purchased this app for .99. When I opened it they wanted me to pay 1.99 for the emojis.

I purchased this black emoji and when l opened it up it never worked. Then was asking for $1.99 for all when l never got the one's l brought lm upset because it was brought with trust.lm going to try to report this app.
This app is a rip-off
I cannot use the app as indicated to download the emojis. Supposedly you should be able to add a keyboard to use the emojis but nothing happens when I go into settings. I want my money back.

I purchased the full package. Unfortunately, even after following the instructions to add to keyboard, I cannot get additional (paid for) emojis to download to keyboard. Please help(!). I love the emojis (free), but would appreciate being able to use the ones I also purchased.

I clicked the app support link on July 5th in hopes of getting some assistance with the app; however, I have received no response to the comments left on the website.
I purchased the following on April 29, 2017:
- Black Emoji - Emoji keyboard for cute black girls with the unlock all pack and
- Black Girl Emoji
I am not able to gain access to the emojis. This issue has been going on for about 2-3 weeks.
I have attempted to reset the app using Apple's support site, but to no avail. The app provides a "set up" option and a note that I can purchase the "unlock all pack".
Please advise to remedy these issues.

Allowing the full access message said that the app has access to my credit card. not good! want a refund! I was forced to give it a star but this doesn't deserve a star

Hi, Thank you for reviewing our app. We understand your concern about the message, but it's a requirement forced by Apple and not by us. Any 3rd party keyboard app that you will ever by on App store will have the same mechanism. I hope you understand our side. On our side, we don't collect any user data at all. We never did it and we won't do it ever in the future. We have also specified this in our app description. We would really appreciate if you can give us full 5 starts. We hope you enjoy using our app. Thanks!

I'm a Black girl based in California. I'm so glad that someone made an app for the Black girls. I downloaded the day my friend Taylor referred it to me. This app is so well made. The design and keyboard experiece delights me. I deleted all other emoji apps. This is the only one I'm using every single day. It's just so much fun to send this emojis to my girlies all day long. They love it too. We bought all packs within this app so we can use all the 650+ emojis. Also, they keep updating app with newer and more related emojis often.
