App is great but…
I did not provide my card details for the paid subscription post the Juneteenth special that was offered and my card was still charged. When I tried to contact help through the app, the app crashes every time. How do I cancel my subscription going forward?

Absolutely Love It, but…
I love this app and I’m so glad I downloaded it. It is very intentional and has become a part of my regular routine. However, I wish the images used were not ai generated. I see myself represented in this app in every way but the fake photos of Black folks. It would bring me joy to see photos of actually Black people meditating, smiling, and communing. Ai has done such environmental harm to Black communities and I hope the designers consider not using it in the future. Thank you for your work and the thought put into this app!

My experience with Blackfullness app has been life changing. The many options are fantastic and meet my needs. I love this app.
Thankful for this App
I really like this app. It’s easy to feel overlooked especially in the wellness space. I feel like there are nuances practices on this app that really help me.
