Worst bank ever
Numerous times my debit card has been shut off by this bank. Who do I call when they shut off my debit card. 911? Nope you have to wait until Monday morning when they are working. Worst bank ever-10 stars

Works fine
Has worked just fine on iPhone 7 and iPhone XR. No complaints. Love being able to deposit checks with this app and check/transfer balances.
Easy to use
Easy to use, availability to view all of my accounts and transfer money with a click of a button. One of the best bank apps I’ve used.
Touch ID
I like how easy the app is to use, but my touch ID doesn’t work. Every time I go to preferences and turn it on, I close the app and restart it & it resets it back to off. I have a lengthy password, so when I’m trying to quickly check my account balance, it is annoying.
Bad app
I get so frustrated of this app. I when to the back. Also a called. they are so rude. Is like I’m bother them on asking question about how to log in to my account. There isn’t a place to put user name or net teller login. This is ridiculous😡. No starts
NOT iOS 11.0.3 friendly
Do not trust your monies to this app! It does not work on iPhone 6s or iPad Mini. Difficult to impossible to find screen to pay bills after recent changes to the app. Automatic update did not occur. Paid one bill twice because system did not show first payment or send text confirmation to either payment. Because pay was done electronically, second cannot be cancelled and screen froze repeatedly, then let me login to the secure site without entering my password. Very scary app from a security perspective.

Has not worked in months
I used to be able to give this app 5 stars.
Now 1 star so I can write this review.
There is no box to enter my user name and then it crashes.
I called Blackhawk Bank but they were not able to help me.
I hope this gets fixed soon.

Worked great till the iPhone 7 came out
Worked great till the iPhone 7 came out and the new update for my iPhone 6 makes the app crash every time I try to open the app
Updates please!!
Needs an update bad, lags and the transfer amounts don't post sometimes until the next day. Not accurate at all.
Convenient
It's nice to be able to get on my bank account easily, but here's some things is do:
I don't like typing in my account number/password every time, kinda annoying, so what I'd do is make it so every time you open the app you have to put in a four digit password, that'd be nice,
Also I can't seem the access my savings account from this, maybe I just don't know how to do it though.
