I loved this game until it randomly stopped working and kept getting the same alert.

Just want my money back or fix the game
Used to live the game, would spend 20 a pop to play or increase capital for playing, but about a month ago the game no longer would work, keep on getting the same error message, went on line and notified the designers, and got no response. Recently I had my next door neighbor download it and it’s not working either. I’m not interested in retrieving money spent(truly I had fun), but I’m interested in getting back what remains on the board for what I haven’t used, since it was cash added in and not from game winnings. Just want my money back or fix the game

Loved it, but…
I loved this app until about a month ago, when I could no longer connect to the server, or their support page. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling..the only thing that accomplished was that I lost all my money and rings and standings. reached out to support with no response. too bad…it was a nice game

I have played this game for a very long time and amassed over 4 million in winnings. Now, as if by magic, the game will not open. It only gives me an error code “MatchmakeConnectFailed”. I have googled that phrase and it is meaningless. I have reached out the the web site several times and they only ignore me.

Ripped Off
I’ve been playing this for a couple of years, and through winning & purchases amassed a bank of $173million. I have been unable to play the game lately due to some technical issue, and now my bank has been cleared out. Have tried to contact them, but nothing in response. Apple should remove them from their site.

Won’t connect to my WI-FI on two devices just keep getting error messages. It would be nice if they fixed it. And updated it so the dealer doesn’t get 20 and 21 80% of the time, not even close to playing for real.

There is no customer service. I bought a lot of coins and lost a lot of clients because for some reason sometime it connects and sometimes it doesn’t. I thought it was reception but I have Wi-Fi. I’m not sure what’s going on but I lost a lot of money because the game cuts off or freezes it’s absolutely horrible.
