This issue should be resolved in the latest version of Blackjack Strategy Training — strategy streaks now stay consistent with the correct chart decisions. Great app for learning
I wish there was a way to turn off strategy hints AND give an alert/warning if I make the wrong move. Yes, I can watch the steak, but then I have to remember the previous hand and look it up. Maybe make this a setting?

Works almost great

This issue with certain correct plays incorrectly resetting the strategy streak should be resolved in the latest version of Blackjack Strategy Training. Please update to the newest release and give it another try — everything should now align properly with the strategy chart. Thanks again for helping us make the app better!
Hint streak error
I also think you should rename “hint streak” to “strategy streak”. It would make it easier to understand what it is counting.
Also it is hard to understand the split hands. I would recommend only one arrow pointing to the other hand. Example, when seeing the left hand show arrow to right and vis versa. And maybe labeling.

I'm glad you're engaging with the app and taking the time to share your thoughts. 16 Strategy: You're absolutely correct about hitting on 16 when the dealer is showing 7 through Ace. I'll review the logic related to the hint streak resetting to make sure it's functioning as expected when you lose. Hint Streak Name: I appreciate your suggestion to rename “Hint Streak” to “Strategy Streak.” That does make it clearer, and I'll look into updating that in a future release. Split Hands: I see how the split hands can be confusing. I'll work on making the arrows more intuitive, with just one pointing between the hands and possibly adding labels to help clarify which hand you're currently playing. Thank you for the feedback and continue support. I will consider making this change in the a future release. Edit: The the streak count will now be displayed as Hint Streak in version 1.1.11 and higher. Thank you again for the suggestion.
