Save yourself the time and find a different note app.
The app used to be one of my favorites, but the fact you put so many of the older free features behind a pay wall makes this app about as user friendly as a wet fart. I am going back to using Google Docs because frankly, they offer the same services you used to offer, except they do it better and for free.

What happened??
When I first got this app on an old phone, I loved it. I could make notes no problem, and it was great!! But now on the phone I’m currently using, it changed in a bad way. I noticed it wanting a subscription, which wasn’t the worst thing, I get it. but then it would only let me make 3 NOTES!! Not NEARLY enough I need for my life, even though it says it should be free to make more. Everytime I try, the subscription pops up. This app changed for the worst in my opinion.

It’s cost money after the 3rd note???? 👎🏾
It’s cost money after the 3rd note???? 👎🏾 every time I try to take a note now, it leads me to the subscription page. There’s no way around it. The older version of this app wasn’t so predatory. 😭
