I have the v2 lightstick and when I try to connect it and I know how to connect it but it does not connect to my IPhone 13 please fix this

I was surprised by how easily the light stick connects to the app. I’ve heard a lot of people mention that it is very difficult to do so. I also love how you can change the color of the light stick using the app.

Well it works rlly good but I can’t connect to any music

Super disappointed because my light stick will not connect to the app despite it showing in the Bluetooth panel of my phone and showing up in the app. I’ve tried everything such as reinstalling the app and using multiple devices but it will not connect which is so frustrating just before I see them for the world tour

Bunch of issues connecting
Tried connecting it on an iPhone 16 pro max. Updated the software. It’s in bluetooth mode, but when i press the button to connect, it disconnects and says no light stick found. I tried connecting it on another iPhone but there is no connect button on the app eventhough it’s in pairing mode. I already have a blackpink light stick but purchased the version 2 at the venue of their last concert because of the extra features. What a waste of money since I can’t get it to work on any iPhones.

Missing “Connect” Button? Here’s the easy fix
I thought the app had a critical bug because it kept telling me, “Ready to connect. Press Connect Button!”—but no button appeared.
The culprit turned out to be my iOS text size: I’d enabled Large Accessibility Fonts, which pushed the button off-screen.
Quick fix:
1. Go to Settings › Display & Brightness › Text Size (or Settings › Accessibility › Display & Text Size › Larger Text)
2. Slide the text-size bar smaller, or turn off “Larger Accessibility Sizes.”
3. Relaunch the app—now the “Connect” button shows up and pairing works instantly.
I still hope the developer updates the UI to accommodate large fonts, but at least there’s a workaround. Once connected, the light stick syncs perfectly.

Don’t connect to Bluetooth
Has been trying to connect to Bluetooth but no luck my connect screen freeze up all the time, can’t even see the connect button !!

A bunch of problems where to begin….. the QR code on the box doesn’t work to download the app so when having to find out the app and downloading it manually, the hammer light we purchased at the “Deadline” concert we also noticed it wouldn’t connect to our phones. We thought because of the crowd trying to do the same thing as well in confined conditions so we waited until we just got home to try again and guess what still doesn’t work!!!! I have watched you tube tutorials just in case we missed something and nope this hammer just doesn’t work!!! Not worth what we paid for!!! If you want a lit hammer go to Amazon find something similar save money!!!

Unable to connect using app
Apparently this is a known issue. But I was unable to connect my light stick to the app. It will show on the app as ready to connect, and it’ll state that I need to hit the Connect button. But no Connect button is available. I know it should appear in app based on tutorial videos on YouTube. Very disappointing.

Connection Formatting Poorly Made
Just bought the v2 lightstick and was excited to get it connected only to find it literally impossible as the connect button on my phone didn’t’ appear. After trying to uninstall reinstall countless of times, tried it on my son’s phone, only for it to immediately work, I have an iPhone 15 pro and my son has the max, it’s simply just a poorly formatted app. Really annoyed and disappointed hope they fix this issue.
