I’ve had this app for a couple years they need to update it to have Santa say naughty or nice especially the black Santa

It’s okay I’m an older sister of color and my mom was very excited when she saw this my brothers are 3 and 5 so they really liked it, a few things you can fix:
1. The camera is sideways
2. It’s kinda glitchy when Santa talks
3. Don’t display the black and white Santa at the same time
4. Make the video call a little longer because my brother was disappointed to see Santa go
That’s all but it’s pretty good app

No sound
No point if there is no sound. Really good concept especially with a black Santa.
FIX THE SOUND PLEASE
Happy to see Black Santa but the sound doesn’t work at all. I tried it several times

I’m very careful of he images my child sees and I make sure they are black images and black toys. This app is perfect! Bc he wasn’t about to talk to a Santa that didn’t look like him!

I tried it out first! I had no issues with the sound. The app is as advertised if you carefully read it. However, there should be an option to select your Santa of preference instead of them both being displayed. The call is really short so when it ends...you want to avoid your child asking,” why is there a black & white Santa”. Both Santa’s should have the same message.
Also, I would recommend waking your child up really early on Christmas Eve while they are still very sleepy so that they don’t notice that Santa didn’t call them by name....I have a 5 and 8 yr old that I’m gonna try this on.
It would be awesome if you could provide options for the Santa’s message to be personalized with the child’s name and or picture ( as an upgrade that you can charge additionally for) and also create an interactive upgrade ( just a suggestion) There are no other black Santa apps that I’ve found ..... with those few adjustments I trust that this app will get lots of love and support💪🏾👍🏽

So I was checking out this app because I was very excited. And when I tried to call Santa something happened. There was no sound. Please try to fix your app because some children want to see Santa but they will be disappointed when they hear no sound.

I just downloaded this app. And it seemed to be a great app for kid, however there was no volume to hear Santa speaking!!
Ugh...High Hopes, but Disappointed
I was excited to try this app, but it’s useless because there is no sound. Tried to uninstall, then reinstall as well as powering my phone off...nothing worked. Glad I didn’t show it to my child prior to trying.
Sound does not work
I searched for an app that represented my baby, we were so excited and then the sound did not work! Super disappointed!

Highly disappointed
I am extremely disappointed. Based on the reviews i thought it was more than one option and the chance kids to talk to Santa. Santa talks the whole time and there’s no opportunity for child to even say hello back. Plus it’s the same message every time and he doesn’t say the name (a feature mentioned in one review). For $3 i was expecting more, especially since there are other apps out there with more options and they are free. I would like my money back.
