After removing the app from my phone and reloading it a couple times I finally got it to start working.

I i’ve been watching a couple of this guy’s videos and was pretty impressed with his knowledge and background. After realizing that they had an app out that helped explain how to maximize your time in the black tail Deerwoods. I was very excited to dive into this. Being one who likes to save money and knowing that I would be utilizing this app over a number of months, I decided to do the annual subscription. After I subscribed and downloaded the app none of the videos would work. When I click on the play icon, it simply comes up as fees may apply and I close that out and try again and it repeats. I even went to the degree of going into my local Verizon store and they stated it was a problem with the app.
I’ve reached out to hunt multiple times via email as that’s the only way to contact them with no response and it’s been one month.
I would not recommend this app.

No video?
Have an apple device and the videos will not load! When I click play it tells me “error playing the video”
What is happening?
The app won’t even allow the play option. Tried multiple times and no video.
Subscription
Can’t cancel subscription. I got to the settings and nothing comes up.
No app support
It’s surprisingly hard to find resources specific for blacktail deer on the west coast. For that, I want to give it 5 stars. Unfortunately it’s been a week since I was last able to watch videos. It gives me an error saying “something went wrong”. Sent an email and no response yet

Don’t miss this info, Mr. Isdahl’s lesson’s are extremely informative, clearly understandable , direct and to the point. He doesn’t waste your time with a lot of fluff. I wish I had access to this info 40 years ago.

Organized categories. Useful details for a still hunter. Expert experience shared. Look forward to more info to be added to the app in the near future. Some differences compared to Oregon coast climate.
Save your money
Very low production quality. Audio is bad, inconsistent and oven times almost inaudible. Video is beginner level.
Quality of information is low. As a beginner hunter, most of the info are not going to help you and you have to listen to the guy bragging and tooting his own horn to find the few useful nuggets.
You are better off going to YouTube.

No audio
I downloaded the app yesterday and paid for one month subscription to give this app a try, unfortunately the audio stopped working today, I can’t seem to see any bug fixes anywhere, hope they figure out this glitch.

Steve is the man! No bs kinda dude with a lot of knowledge and video/ picture evidence to back it up. Tons of great tips and extras. Follow him on social media and you’ll see just how much effort and work he puts in to this lifestyle. Not a doubt everything he says he has learned from first hand experience time and time again. Might be a bit of an expensive subscription, but people use your brains, if it doesn’t take you a year to watch all the videos... don’t buy a year. Get out there like Steve, take his advice, learn yourself... and get after those predators!

Be Aware of Auto Paying for Subscriptions
There are lots of great videos if your species target is Blacktail Deer. Be aware if you purchase a monthly subscription it automatically renews every month. I only wanted it for the month of November and I discovered in January that I was still paying for a subscription. I have since cancelled my subscription. Read the fine print on the subscription and billing.

I have hunted blacktail since junior high school (30 years!!) and I was pretty sure I knew all there was to know about them and how to hunt them. I decided out of curiosity to get the app and I was pleasantly surprised to say the least. In two evenings I watched every video and many of them more than once. With a few minor changes in my game plan (suggestions from the app) I was able to take my largest, most mature Blacktail ever! So excited. Worth every cent for this app!! Can’t say enough good things. Thanks for being a big part of my success!!

Great Info - Downside, Audio Issues
This is great stuff!
Unfortunately two days after subscribing I am able to play videos but get no audio.
All other apps on my phone are fine, and I have no other audio issues with my equipment.
In following links for support, starting in app then App Store which led to website and nowhere did I find a link to any support communication tools like email, chat or phone.

Please fix bugs
None of the videos have sound.
No sound
Super interested in the information in this app, but just after subscribing all my audio doesn’t play for the videos. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing. You guys have a fix for this?
Knowledge is priceless
I grew up in a family that doesn’t hunt so I had know one to pass their knowledge onto me. The second year I hunted I successfully took a record Blacktail but have since been skunked. I’m confident with Steve’s videos I’ll have success this season harvesting a mature Blacktail. Sometimes your close but you might be making one little mistake and these videos can help you determine that.

Move along.
Nothing here you can't get by reading a book, other than the makers dogmatic opinions. I was excited about the "follow-along " during the hunting season, but the maker seemed to have lost interest once the rut and post rut came around. Definitely not worth monthly payments.
