Tried n number of times, always ends up in a error message. Don’t waste your time and energy for downloading and setting things up.

Seems like you can buy numbers in other countries but only after you “upgrade level” by buying points can you do this, then when it comes to the documents needed you can only buy numbers from your own country so if your not from South Africa you can’t buy a South African number. Do better blacktel this is pretty much a clever scam app

They have both private paid virtual numbers you can get as well as a free call/text/fax option that gives you a small amount of credit to use daily. Before purchasing a virtual number in tested their app by using the free services and just constantly get an error message Both trying to using them outgoing from the app and trying to send incoming from my phone to the app.

User experience is poor
Trying to do simple things with account management is very challenging in this software.
It is very challenging to contact support, currently can’t even send a message to support due to an software error so no way to get in touch to inform them of this except for leaving a review.

Buggy, Hidden Fees
Interface is clunky and unorganized. Biggest issue is there is no unlimited calling as with other services - they charge an arm and a leg for calls depending on where the recipient is. Also calls tend to drop often.
SCAMMERS
Stay away from this app. All it is is a credit card information collection bot. The app will tell you the CCV doesn’t match when it clearly does. That’s way it doesn’t disable the card until they harvest all the information out in. Also to your incompetent programmers, it’s 2023 if you wanna scam better make your desktop version campyible with safari. There’s no excuse to have a frozen captcha. Losers.
