Absolutely pointless
What you see on the preview picture is literally all it is. Just a picture of text saying “pair a wireless device” or whatever. Nothing else and I tried connecting a bunch of different Bluetooth stuff and not just the blackweb earbuds I’m having problems with. Don’t bother with this app.

Was working until update
Was using this on my iPhone X and was working great until the 12.1.3 update came out. Now i get a pop up saying this accessory is not supported. Which ticks me off since I use headphones to sleep at night. Now how am I supposed to be able to charge my phone and listen to music at the same time! NOT COOL!

The adapter is still working fine since I started using it 3 weeks ago.
The home screen on the app, with the volume and other buttons, is very hard to read since the letters are a light color on a light silver background.

Garbage -- don't waste your money
Annoyed that I paid $29 for this. What I can hear of the sound is tinny. I'm tying to use it while riding in a car and I can't get the volume to play loud enough to hear it. This really is a piece of garbage which to too bad because I was super excited to see an adapter that would let me listen and charge at the same time.

It doesn’t even work like I have a iPhone 7 and it doesn’t even work unless I place it at a certain angle 🙄
Volume and price
It keeps automatically increasing the volume in my music when I’ve left the adapter alone?? Extremely annoying, I need to be able to hear what’s going on around me and not be irritated by a $25 device that should be doing its job.
Max Volume
The app is ok but it would be useful if downloading the app made it so it could actually hit the max volume that the normal adapter could do, this product only lets me play 75% than the normal

Even when no audio is playing there will be crackling in my speakers. In the beginning, it wasn't often but recently it's gotten intolerable! Most ridiculous is that an app is required to use the hardware.... I will never ever buy a BLACKWEB product again.

Reduces max volume
Reduces max volume transmitted significantly , not worth $30 just buy the apple one or another one, this is in reference to the aux + charger accessory for iPhone 7
