Holy cow
What a beautiful end to a terrific series. The puzzles were fun, the dialogue engaging, and the philosophical reckoning with human mortality put emotional weight under it all. Rosa and Joey have been a comfort to me these past months. Thank you to this team for this labor of love. I will treasure these games forever.

A Treasure
The Blackwell games are a treasure, old school exploration adventure with some intuitive puzzles. Heavily story and character focused. Lots of suspense. None of that action combat stuff, just good story telling. The entire series is wonderful to get lost in for days. I love all of them. Unavowed is a fabulous Wadjet followup that I recommend. Wadjet can be hit or mis with their games, i don’t love all their stuff, but they’re always unique and satisfying. Gilbert knows how to weave a good tale, and I appreciate that. This series is their best imo , especially if you want strong storylines. Good voice acting and dialogue too. Just a great series all around.

Thank you Wadget eye!
I never met a game of theirs that I didn’t like. I even got a Windows device (the surface pro or the surface go I forget which) just so that I could play one of their games. I’d rather play on iOS. Thank you for this series. I think I started somewhere in the middle. Starting at the beginning is probably the best idea. Your dark futures bundle is mind blowing. Thank you Dave Gilbert! Your upcoming games look great. I guess I’ll have to pull out that windows device, which I hate, because it won’t stand up. It keeps falling down. I also have played at least one of your games on my Nintendo switch (the excavation of Hobbs Barrow), which is a little awkward for a point and click, until I caught on. You are on my shortlist of best game makers. It’s a pretty exclusive list. The Unavowed is fun and I think I needed a walk-through for some of it. I like that it has replay ability as well. Primordia was a little difficult to get started. Gemini Rue -mind blowing, Shardlight- mind blowing, techno Babylon- mind blowing. I can’t remember if I ever finished Shivah, but I do remember starting it several times. I wish you would stick with iOS, but I will get whatever device I need so I can play your next games to come out. I think enough time has passed so that I can enjoy playing all of these games again. I hope my device can handle it. I have a lot of medical illness and pain and it’s games like these that help get my mind off of my misery. it’s a good alternative to self hypnosis which medications can sometimes interfere with so for me it’s actually therapeutic. Keep up the good work and keep them coming, please.

Just finished all 5 in the series
Each one is better than the previous one.
Great sound affects, lots of game play, fun characters, what can you say? It’s from the Master.

Thank you Dave Gilbert
I came upon the Blackwell series during a low point in my life, having been laid off and then months into a seemingly fruitless job search.
They became a form of therapy for me, really putting things into perspective. Everyone will die some day. When that happens, regardless of what awaits us after death, the sources of pain and suffering in this life will fade away like mist. We’ll have to (get to) let all of it go.
So why not get a head start on that now? Let go of your suffering. Focus on the good things in your life, and the good that you can do in your short time on this planet.
