Blackwires - Band Management

Blackwires is the workspace for modern musicians, bands, and live crews who need more than a shared chat and a folder of files. Plan the next rehearsal, prepare the set, keep songs and member notes together, and walk into the room knowing what is ready, what is missing, and who needs what next. Built For Band Work Blackwires brings your band operations into one focused place: - Command dashboard for the band pulse, next event, pinned songs, pinned setlists, recent work, and readiness - Calendar and event planning for rehearsals, gigs, studio sessions, call times, availability, venues, and linked setlists - Repertoire for songs, keys, BPM, durations, structures, chord sections, notes, files, recordings, and media references - Setlist building with song order, timing, cues, linked events, voting, rehearsal context, and performance-ready Run Room - Offline-ready mobile setlist packs so songs, structures, documents, notes, and member views stay available when the connection is not the main character - Venue library with addresses, contacts, notes, history, and map context - Stage riders and stage plots for positions, inputs, monitors, power, and technical notes - Gear inventory for personal instruments, cases, pedals, mics, values, manuals, and shared band equipment - Band media, recordings, documents, chat, tasks, work logs, storage connections, finances, roles, and member administration Personal Space, Shared Workspace Blackwires is designed for the reality of music work: some things belong to the whole band, some belong to one member, and some should stay private. Mark songs, setlists, riders, gear, files, and notes as private, member-visible, or band-wide. Keep your personal preparation intact while still building a common workspace the whole band can trust. From Practice To Stage Use Blackwires while building songs, preparing arrangements, collecting media references, planning the rehearsal, checking readiness, and stepping through a set in Run Room. Music directors can keep the structure clear. Band members can see what matters for their part. Crew and collaborators can work from the same event, venue, rider, and task context. One Product, Sized For Your Band Blackwires plans are based on workspace size, not feature lockouts. Solo artists, trios, bands, and crew/tour teams can use the full Blackwires workspace; the plan simply matches how many people need to work together. Whether you are a solo artist organizing your repertoire, a compact band preparing club shows, or a live team coordinating setlists, venues, media, and stage details, Blackwires gives the work a home before the downbeat.
