Should be easier to use

I should be able to quickly log, but it’s 5 taps later and I am already going.. The estimate by time doesn’t always work. Estimate by volume works 1/2 the time. Apple Watch interface is awful. Why do i have to scroll through many items to get to a choice that I still have to tap through many taps when all I want to do is log. Logging should be a one tap process especially since none of the estimating works right

Response from developer

Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to write this up, actually we do have a way to quickly log and it’s by using templates/favorites to save recurring entries. Otherwise, quick logging already exists on the phone: tap Urination on the Today screen, then Save. Two taps. Amount, duration and notes are all optional. Estimation is always being refined but got a lot more robust in 3.2.136 for audio. Remember to try to be in a quiet environment and you are able to calibrate if your device / room require a special multiplier. Time based estimates is a population average by design, so treat that one as a rough guide. Feel free to send us a message via support if any troubles as we’d like to make sure you are getting along well with the app.

Incredibly helpful app

This app has given me incredibly helpful insights that I am able to share with my doctor as we navigate a new diagnosis. It’s easy to use and a great price - what’s even better, when I ask for suggestions, the developer implements them really quickly, which is so appreciated! The one thing I found inaccurate is the sound monitoring for fluid outtake levels, but I’m sure that feature is
In still in development. Keep up the great work!

Response from developer

Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad to hear the app has been helpful and that you find it easy to use. We’re actively working on improving the fluid outtake monitoring feature but the app currently offers calibration to tailor to your environment (works best in quiet environments). Your support means a lot!

they thought of everything!

This app is well designed and easy to use. It has excellent privacy controls too, the others not so much. Using this has given me back a sense of control and understanding of my symptoms. I'm really glad I found it.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for your kind words! We’re thrilled to hear that the app has helped you feel more in control and better understand your symptoms. Your feedback motivates us to keep improving and supporting users like you.

Fantastic app! Even for seniors!!

This is an early review will update as needed. Searching for a do-able app because kept forgetting to drink water. Considered a visit to the doctor because thought maybe was not having enough output. Small amounts. This is the most fantastic app (experienced in database management and 2nd degree in medical information systems management.) This is the most simple app to manage intake and output on the market. The graphics are beautiful and the app is amazingly scalable. *Would only say, be sure to do TUTORIAL in the beginning because going on to use the app will lose the tutorial. This amazing app is so straightforward. – can actually do it without the tutorial, but doing the tutorial would be better. Furthermore, contacted Support because I lost the tutorial and they were exactly very fast and responsive – this is amazing in 2025. Highly recommend this app.

Response from developer

Thank you so much, Patty, for this thoughtful review and for trusting the app to help you stay on top of your intake and output. It means a lot to hear that it works well even with your background in database and medical information systems, and that it still feels simple and manageable. I’m glad Support was able to help quickly when the tutorial disappeared. Based on feedback like yours, we’ve now made sure the tutorial can always be accessed anytime from the app’s Settings menu, so you can revisit it whenever you like. Thank you again for the kind words and for recommending the app to others.

Great way to track urination

I just downloaded this app yesterday and it’s been great so far. It’s easy to use and the interface is clean and intuitive. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add an “other” to the list of “events” you can choose from (urination, drink, leak) and/or an open section for notes. Sometimes I experience pain or other symptoms that are not necessarily correlated to one of the “events” currently listed. It would be helpful to be able to log these. The AI is also a little off - for example, I had a certain type of drink in the afternoon and it correlated that with an incident in the morning before I’d had that drink. It will also say things like “consistent with the last few” days or nights when I’ve only been using it for one day. Generally I find the AI interesting, and I realize it’s a new technology so there will be bugs to work out.

Response from developer

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and kind words—we’re really glad to hear you’re finding the app easy to use and the interface intuitive! We completely understand the need to log experiences that don’t neatly fall into the current event categories. While we’re carefully evaluating how to introduce a new “other” event type (as it impacts many parts of the app), in the meantime, here’s a helpful workaround: you can select the “leakage” event, set the amount to 0, and add your notes. This will create a neutral “Other” event with your note attached, and it will still be correctly interpreted by Deep Insights as that. Not perfect but should tide you over until we are able to properly release a new version of the app that integrates your ask. Also, thank you for your feedback on the AI insights—it’s invaluable. We’ve recently pushed updates to improve how timing and usage history are handled, so those inconsistencies you noticed should now be resolved. We truly appreciate your support and suggestions—they help make the app better for everyone.
