My problem

This game crashes all the time….
Netmarble claims this game works on IOS it does NOT.It crashes all the time.You cannot even play the game at all.Its such a shame because the game looks really fun too play.

Can’t even see character creation screen
I was mainly looking forward to the character creation of the game. The available classes seem good and I was excited. However, even after waiting for everything to download, exciting out of the apps multiple times etc etc, nothing on the character screen loads aside from ui. Why would I enter an mmorpg if I can’t even create a character? Customer service considerably confusing and I had to go through so many menus and it was asking me questions that I didn’t have answers to because, again, no character made, just started playing. Please fix.

The 1970s ( must be old) I have played games on 5 devices so far in 2022 .I will have $ 400 AUD dollars for every game on these 6 devices which didn’t say check you internet connection.Like Blade & Soul Revalution did 10 AM UTC plus 10 Lunchtime 2nd Day March 2026 my end if you don’t want me to pay I will delete & play something else .Connection problems your end not mine the full bench of the high court of my country so no appeals check your end - I had Facebook in this device for a year & crashed zero times so your end crashing - won court case 5 mins before I start & at The full bench of the high court of Canberra Australian Capital Territory so appeals . & that is it

Хотел поиграть в любимую игру на телефоне, после скачивания, захожу в клиент и выдает ошибку 101, пробовал и вай-фай и мобильный интернет, даже впн включал, все равно, не работает, переустановка не помогла…. Спасибо разрабы за прекрасную игру!!!

Poor Graphics
The graphics are so unbelievably bad. I used to play this game and it was not like this. Even on max settings, it still looks awful and grainy. I might as well be playing on an iPhone 4. It’s as if it became a retro pixel arcade game. Seriously… a DS has better quality. What happened?

The app keeps crashing, and the developer has consistently denied the issue—even after I submitted video clips as proof. This problem has been reported by numerous users worldwide since the app’s launch, and it has only worsened with the most recent update.
On 21 January 2026, my journey with this app comes to an end. I truly love it and have logged in almost every day for the past seven years. Sadly, it seems I won’t be able to join its 8th anniversary.
To make matters worse, I even made a top-up just before the update. 🤦♂️

Device: iPad Air 4 (MY2V2RU/A) OS: iPadOS 16.2
After the latest update the game crashes when loading the world. Character selection works, but during world loading the game crashes with error code 101. This happens on all characters.
Please fix this issue.
