The Blade Intelligence App simplifies the installation of the sensors for the Phoenix Contact Blade Intelligence System. Blade Intelligence is a modular system for monitoring the rotor blades in wind turbine generators. The following processes can be controlled via the app:
- creation of projects (with or without automatic restart)
- guided installation of sensors (wizard)
- documentation of the startup
o parameters of the Blade Intelligence installation
o photographs of the sensor's installation
o photographs for the control cabinet's documentation
o comments on the installation
- creation of a configuration file for the Blade Intelligence System (Phoenix Contact controller)
When registered in the Phoenix Contact cloud, the range of functions is extended:
- storing of the data in the cloud to forward the documentation to other app users
- end-to-end encryption of data
- integrated change management
