Blade wallet issue

Transferred crypto to my wallet and now I can’t transfer out. I can go to the transfer page fill out all address fields correctly and it will not leave the submit and review page, it continues to show the circle icon rotating. I emailed support and no reply. Crypto is now stuck.

Super quick to answer queries, Abygail has been outstanding when I have had any questions or required support. Love the product and the Team.
In any future updates it would be great to select an individual currency rather than just USD 👍

Blade Customer Service terrible!

I started off staking 10k of hbar. Worked well. I added 27k more and it worked for about a month. After that, when I tried collecting my rewards it was sending my rewards to a different address. When I tried unstaking my hbar it was giving a error of my time and date were wrong. I sent all of this proof along with pics of everything…. No help or correspondence for a week. Then, they email me saying the ticket was closed. So, proceed if you want to. But don’t expect ANY help from their customer service.
