Used to be good
I have used this app from the very beginnings but it is starting to be very ‘buggy’. Last time I placed an order it didn’t track the delivery guy and the order time and delivery time weren’t updated. I tried to update my profile and it kept saying my account already existed, then it wouldn’t save my data. So I logged out and back in again and that still didn’t do the job. Needs updating to keep up with the Apple updates..especially the new ones due in September!

Gone down hill
Had fish and chips delivered, cod was three small pieces stuck together, batter was old, nothing like as good as the last couple of deliveries. Disappointed.
Very poor app
Unclear instructions, forced to enter delivery address although I’d selected collect, then charged £3 for delivery which we hadn’t wanted. Thankfully we know the food is going to be good.
