Can’t access app

I signed up for a free trial and when I went to create a new account I entered my email, phone number and a passcode. I got notification than an email with my security code was emailed to me in order for me to access the app’s content, but I never received one. I tried recreating my account several times over and was never able to gain access.

Wasted $40

Every time I try to log in to the app it rejects me claiming my login credentials are invalid. Then once every so often it’ll let in with those same credentials.
