Just stop working after few months. Plug usb in and nothing. Delete it redownload it plug the usb back in…still nothing. Useless app.

Neither the stick nor the app work. This product is simply trash. If I could rate it with minus stars, I would. Defiantly not recommended!
Randomly Stopped
While in the middle of transferring photos, it completely stops working. I’ve done everything the app suggested: deleted, restarted phone, etc. and it still won’t connect to my phone. It also won’t let me connect to my computer. I had 1,000 photos that are now unavailable. So upsetting!!!!
Frustrating
I have sent three memory sticks back as they all had download issues.. the fourth one is no better .. I absolutely give up!!!! .. the idea is perfect but in practice it is far from perfect… Very Frustrating!!! Arghhhhhh!!!!
It deletes your pictures.
So I’m not sure why or how but after copying files onto the usb now I have pictures and videos missing from my phone I’m not sure how many since I copied thousands onto the usb to save them. Also they aren’t saved as photos so I can’t even look at them on a computer.

I held off from writing a review as I don’t judge a performance on sparse usage. After a few usage, this device began to faulter.

App crash’s: you get what you pay for.
The external drive and app worked great for a while. But now the app crashes constantly (everytime I open it to use the app it eventually crashes) and all the documents I have saved are now gone. Real disappointed.

I bought it. It started to work and then after a little while, I realized, as I’m transferring my photos and videos from my phone to this and then deleting them off my phone, thinking I have them.
It said it transferred them and then they don’t. They’re gone when I went to look them up erased or never transferred and lost forever. I will never get them back. It tricked me into thinking that it saved them.
