Clearly blank street constantly look to improve and better the customer experience. Hence the app is often changed to be even better. This is rare and should be applauded.

Intentionally Inconvenient Top-up System
Only way to earn rewards is to first add funds to the app in increments of £10. Therefore you would always be left with some funds left over if you wanted your full purchase to go through the app. A reward system like Cafe Nero is much more user friendly, either give an option to pay separately and only use the app to log reward points, or allow us to pay the exact amount required directly. This is probably the most intentionally inconvenient reward scheme I have ever used.

The app doesn’t work for advance ordering using wallet or pay by points. I’ve lost so many points and cannot use money in wallet!
Blank St Bank
The wallet on their app requires you to transfer funds into their account. No one needs another bank account that’s earning interest for the bank. Let us use the app without having to need a new Blank St. bank account. But I’m sure many won’t realise what you’re up to here!! 👎🏻
