Love the concept and I love the UI. I think adding a search functionality would be great.

Underwhelming
Idk if it’s where I live, but the options are very underwhelming. I mean, goodness. Nothing I use on a day to day, shows up. But as I stated earlier, it may be my location.

It seems as if this is an issue others are having where businesses are on the app that are NOT black owned. Please if you’re using AI to screen them or to approve or deny business’s i implore you to use a real person. I don’t know if either businesses can request to be on the app or someone searches for black owned businesses to feature on the app but they are 100% NOT doing their job because majority of these are not black owned in my area. And all it takes is either a 2 minute google search on the owners or just being a local to know. So my suggestion is to hire me so i can do the leg work. This is an amazing app that could really make a difference for black owned businesses if it wasn’t flooded with all non black owned businesses.

Extremely Deceptive
There are maybe one or two Black owned businesses. Many of them are Mexican restaurants, white owned and they even listed the mall down the street from me as Black owned,

Can’t open
Not happy with it at all when I tap on a product all it did was blank. Nothing never came up and I have a iPhone 14.
The app doesn’t work.
The app is buggy and doesn’t work. I’ve clicked on products and I get stuck on a page with the Blapp icon. I’ve had to get out of the app entirely and start over. Frustrating.

After getting my information the app goes to a black screen and stays there. I got nothing.

Please please please!!!! I’m just downloading this app after seeing it pop up on my fyp. I love this! But when I open the app, it opens the homepage with all your shopping suggestions and then goes black. I can’t see anything. Tried closing the app but it’s still not working.
Blank White Screen
This app doesn’t work. I signed up and then after signing up the app only shows a completely white screen. I deleted the app. I wasted time downloading and signing up. I feel like my life information was being stolen.

Inaccurate Info
Lots of white-owned businesses listed and black owned businesses missing.
You can report inaccurate listings, but cannot find a way to nominate businesses that are missing.
Not as useful as EatOakra app.

This is sad that this app claims to bee all about Black Own businesses but a majority of them aren’t , it’s like no verification was required or done
Difficulty Setting Up
It took a long time to get the verification code to set up my profile. By the time I got it, the code wasn’t accepted. Please fix. I want to use this app!
