ゲーム楽しいけど。。。

プレゼントboxクリックして広告を見て「報酬を獲得しました」と出たのに15回から20回に1回くらいしかアイテムが貰えません。
これってバグ？　それでもゲーム自体は好きなので続けていたら、ほとんどボーナスアイテム貰えません。広告見せられるだけなのでもう無視しています。他の類似ゲーム探します。
