No support
I’m in the US, ages they’re based out of the UK, and there’s ZERO viable support for users in the US. I’ve emailed them to be told to talk to my prosthetic provider, and the provider told me to reach out to their support- no help at all. Bluetooth will not connect their prosthetic to my phone, even after following all the steps multiple times. Not sure the point of having smart devices if they’re not actually smart.
