Needs improvement
This app is clunky and lacking in many areas. Nothing is laid out in a clear logical fashion, nothing is intuitive. It leaves tons of artifacts of previous customers from previous days which leaves a big mess for you to try and find your current customers info to try and close out a ticket. It leaves tickets without any name appearing, and it also leaves duplicate transactions and you see one customers info in the list, then when you select the ticket, it often opens up a different customers name and info. I wish we didn’t have to use this program.

Confusing
Asking me for my email and password but then says it’s invalid I’ve never used this before how do I create a new account?!
