Add a scan option at the restaurant please, the current method of submitting receipt through the app is not convenient for the customers and might discourage them from actually dining at blaze pizza (me)

Credit card needed
I don’t like having my credit card info stored by Blaze in order to order on the app. This is a highly unusual way of paying. On almost every other fast food app I can use Apple Pay, pay pal or another pay service. Not happy about this!!
Gift cards
When are you going to allow multiple gift cards? And gift cards don’t earn points? Pretty sure you can be sued for this. Gift cards are like cash and they don’t earn points?!

Notification Spam
Why do you not have any granular notification options within the app? The “notifications “option on the menu just shows me the notifications you’ve sent in the app regarding points. I’ve had to completely disable notifications at the iOS level so I’m not constantly getting your promos as I only order from you guys every once in a while and I don’t care to receive your promotions. I’d rather just have to manually check the app when I place an order then continue receiving your spam notifications with an iOS.

App is not easy to use
Constant Errors
Every time I use the app to make a purchase it keeps on saying error no matter what card i used. When i try submitting my order a pop up comes up saying that they cannot process the order, BUT im still getting charged for it on all my cards that i tried using. Im frustrated and this app sucks! When i go into the establishment the employees say that they cannot change the price or honor the app since it keeps crashing.

When the time came to redeem my points it keep erroring out on the check out wasted so much time. When I finally removed the offer then it went through just fine. So it works fine when I’m paying for it but it doesn’t work when I’m redeeming my benefits.
