Hello, premium features and their pricing are clearly presented before purchase, and no payment is taken without the user’s confirmation. Offering optional paid features is not a scam, it is a standard freemium model.

Only money matters

I have been looking for a app that does what this one says it does. An most are complete trash. I am not saying this one is any better or the best. First let me say I downloaded it opened it and it scanned automatically which was great but it came up 3 devices n only 3 when I was parked with several friends and chatting and asked them all to turn there Bluetooth stuff on so approximately 12 or so items are on and 3 appeared a odb|| and then something being called service data fo54b and another one. Now it beeped louder for the odb when I knew where it was and went towards it. Now I walked the entire parking lot trying to find the other 2 things and absolutely nothing. So I hit scan again an instantly said to continue for .99 cents . Now the money not the issue but if all the Bluetooth devices are on and in discover mode why could it only pick up 3 and find 1 . Kinda messed up if I do say so. But on the good side one that did pop up it found. So I can’t say it don’t work at all because it did work for one. Oh if you are gonna charge for the app or it’s service how bout put its price up in the description so we know how much and what extra stuff we get. So if you are thinking bout this app I guess try it and find out for yourself cause for me I am going to delete and keep looking

The app scans for nearby Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) advertisements, not every powered-on Bluetooth device will appear. Many phones, headphones, and connected devices use Classic Bluetooth or stop advertising after connecting, even if Bluetooth is enabled. Some BLE devices also broadcast generic names such as “Service Data,” and signal strength can vary due to distance, cars, walls, and interference. That’s why only three devices appeared and only the actively advertising OBD device was easy to locate. Subscription pricing and included features are displayed before purchase, and no charge occurs without confirmation. We appreciate the detailed feedback and will look at making both BLE limitations and pricing clearer in the listing.
