Hello! There is a possibility that the AirPods are discharged or they are in the case, the case does not broadcast a signal or something else. Also the app sees AirPods, but does not recognize the name, this is a feature of the system, I think this will be changed in the future. Of course, you can get your money back through the AppStore.
