GOVERNMENT ISSUED Driver’s license not acceptable form of ID??

Tried to set up an account. Used my GOVERNMENT ISSUED Driver’s License as a form of ID but for some very strange and unexplainable reason, you don’t accept a GOVERNMENT ISSUED Driver’s license. This makes no sense. How can you offer a product in the US and not allow a GOVERNMENT ISSUED Driver’s License as a form of ID?? Your loss, i’ll go somewhere else. Smh.

I think it’s kind of crazy that you can’t even use your drivers license in the United States of America as a form of identification .

y’all need to get that fixed because people aren’t gonna go get an ID just to use your app when they have a DL that’s perfectly fine

Have requested assistance form customer support and they have seen my queries but have not answered it. You’ve be warned many other alternatives out there and more customer friendly out there.
