Possible scam.
Scam in my opinion. Not a full watch app, runs only on the phone. The only thing the watch does is start the app on your phone.
Simple but effective
No fancy stuff, just does what it’s meant to do. Allows you to see your progression as you get fitter, or the other way round 😬

One thing that could be improved is the Apple Watch version. It isn’t in sync and doesn’t allow you to stop it 🤷🏼♂️

Bleeps sometimes barely audible, disappointed especially as quite a basic app.
