“Más o menos”
Just used this service once while visiting Dublin, so I don’t have ton of experience with it. But didn’t liked it much. First of all, it doesn’t allow to get more that one bike, so very one in the party needs to download the app and open an account. It didn’t show on the map where we can park, which makes it a bit inconvenient. Also, for whatever reason, the lock wasn’t locking, and lastly, when I was able to secure the lock, the app wasn’t ending the service. A bit of a pain if you are in a rush. For their credit, they answer the phone call right away and I was told by customer service that I would be reimbursed since I first pressed “end service”. But the time that I was struggling with the lock wasn’t reimbursed.

Dreadful service - Most non-intuitive UI
- App didn’t connect with camera on iPhone so couldn’t scan QRs to unlock bikes.
- Switched to alternate partner ESB bikes in the App, got it to unlock a bike, rode that one to destination only to find out one way trips not allowed- had to return it to where I started or get fined. Then had trouble getting it to recognize returned condition- no “finish” trip button in App.
- I bought a monthly unlimited pass but that seems to be not so unlimited, explanation is very confusing.
- the 24x7 service doesn’t include customer service!!!!!!!!! All my attempts to get help failed after 5pm. Some emails answered next day, some ignored. Trying to get a refund. Phone support just disconnects aftershock minute during working hours.
- the only thing that works well is the billing function which no doubt is a third party. This business should be out of business, what a joke!

Bleeper parking
Be careful they do not go over where you can park these bikes, nor does it state on the app map. Only can be parked at public bike locks and not anywhere on the map where the bike is properly locked up. Then they fine you without giving a warning and then say you should have known before. Maybe do a better job of initially going over what’s the correct area and way to lock these bikes up. I wouldn’t use this service again. Plus they don’t offer service everywhere so can be a bit annoying as well if you want to go outside the map area.

Find another bike!
Do not attempt to use these bikes. Very very expensive, we were unable to unlock more than one bike with a single account, and the app doesn’t work well. “Pause” doesn’t work at all. Save your time and money.
Price increase very disappointing
I was an active user of the previous app but the new increased prices make mid sized journeys (30-45mins) about twice as expensive. At that point i’ll just walk or drive instead. The UX remains as poor as before which wouldn’t bother me if the economics made sense. Hope you reconsider your pricing - I don’t mind a €1 minimum charge per trip but don’t tack that on in addition to the per minute charge. Just use the per minute charge and if it adds up to less than €1, then it costs €1.
