✨✈️ Perfect mix for dating and hanging out

Blender is the perfect middle ground between Meetup (which feels too impersonal) and traditional dating apps. The classic Match mode is solid for regular dating, but the 5v5 Weekend getaway format is a total game-changer. Plus, the Compatibility Tests are a genius touch—they give you actual insights into people so you don't waste time on dry small talk. One minor downside: Staying in the top 10 for the Weekend leaderboard requires a lot of swiping to gather community votes. I wish the algorithm weighted profile compatibility scores slightly more than just your activity volume. Still, it's easily my favorite app right now!

Actually refreshing compared to other apps

I was pretty skeptical about trying another dating app, but Blender is a totally different experience. The match rate here is solid, and you actually get to meet up pretty quickly instead of just collecting endless conversation threads that go nowhere. The crowd on here seems a lot more intentional and down-to-earth, probably because the whole platform is built around real-world events and group hangouts. It takes away all the usual awkwardness of matching online. I've had some really great matches so far and a couple of great nights out. Definitely worth checking out if you're over the usual swipe fatigue!

Literally the main character energy ✨

istg this app is an absolute vibe. My friends and I tried the weekend format and it’s actually insane. It matches you with a group of 5 guys and 5 girls for a literal trip, and it completely skips the awkward talking stage. No dry texting for weeks, just straight up hanging out and making core memories. If you’re tired of boring swipes and want a real adventure, this is it. Highkey obsessed. 10/10 recommend.

The 'Replace' feature is genius

Love being the 'main character' of my dating life lol. The ability to swap or lock positions in the lineup makes it feel like you actually have control. It's super fun and addictive.

Simple and straight

Just trying it out. No cọmplaints. Interface is clean. People seem normal. Enjoying the occasional coffee meetups.

Finally a safe dating app

17M here. I joined a coffee meetup and it felt cọmpletely safe. The handpicked groups made conversation easy, and the week-long chat extension gave us time to plan. Replace Someone came in handy when a spot opened up. Honestly, the best friendly app I’ve tried.

Dinner was interesting

Six-person dinner event in London. People actually talked, laughed, and connected. Swap and replace features saved a couple of awkward situations. Would attend again.

Love the Passport feature!

I travel a lot and use Passport Mode to join events in cities I visit. Last week, a 6-person dinner (3 women + 3 men) in Los Angeles introduced me to amazing people; Countdown timers, swap positions, and My Picks made it feel lively and fun.

Finally met someone amazing in NYC!

Used Passport Mode to check events in New York City while visiting. Joined a 6-person dinner (3 women + 3 men), and wow—met someone I really clicked with. Replace Someone saved the night when one person canceled, and I loved how the city leaderboard showed the most popular spots. Definitely cọming back next trip.

Could use weekend formats

I’ve been on Blender for a month. Everything works fine, but I hope they add a weekend event format soon. Would make planning much easier.

Simple and effective

Not much to cọmplain about. I like the leaderboard and seeing who picks who. Makes it feel like a little game without being annoying.

Safe and inclusive dating for teens

I’m 16M, and it’s the first app where I felt safe meeting people my age. I joined a coffee meetup and the algorithm handpicked 3 couples for me. Being able to see Picks Of helped break the ice and the week-long chat extension meant we could actually plan something real.

I found love here ❤️

I was not expecting this. I downloaded Blender just to meet new people for a weekend dinner event, and I ended up meeting someone who cọmpletely changed my world. We talked all night after the group meetup, and since then we’ve been inseparable. No fake profiles, no weird messages — just two people who happened to be in the same event at the right time. It’s wild how something that simple can change everything. Thank you, Blender — you made me believe in luck again.

Thank you, Blender team — this app literally changed my life

I don’t usually write reviews, but I just had to. I downloaded Blender a few months after it launched and it honestly changed my life. I’d been through some rough years, feeling disconnected and tired of fake apps and empty chats. Then Blender came along — real people, real moments, real energy. I met amazing friends through dinners, joined a few cocktail nights, and even started organizing my own meetups. I can’t thank the creators enough for building something that actually brings people together again. It’s not just an app — it’s a reminder that life can still surprise you.

The best group social app I’ve tried so far

After using 222 and Meetup for months, I was starting to lose faith in “real” meetups. Then I downloaded Blender this July and wow — it works. The interface is clean, the countdown feature keeps everyone on track, and I’ve met great people at small dinners and late-night cocktail events. The “replace” tool keeps things organized and there’s no awkward waiting around. You can feel the difference — it’s not just another social app, it’s more human.

Real people, real chats 💬

I’m so done with apps full of bots, fake profiles and constant paywalls. Blender is totally different. You can actually message people, have genuine conversations, and it never feels like the app is trying to squeeze money out of you. It’s clean, fast, and feels built for people who are over the fake dating scene. A must-try if you want something real.

Group meetups that actually happen

I used to join dozens of groups on other apps, but nothing ever came of it. Blender changed that. The countdown format and event lock features actually push people to meet — like real dinners; cocktails, not just endless chats. The app feels alive, spontaneous, and surprisingly inclusive. You get stylish; confident people but also chill, normal ones who just want to hang out. It’s rare to find that balance.

Super fun 😍

It’s honestly one of the few apps that just works. Easy, fast, and no fake vibes — I’m into it!

Dinner That Actually Clicked

I joined a dinner through Blender after seeing it on Instagram — six people, same city, and a setup that actually makes sense. Instead of random strangers, you can see everyone’s profiles before confirming, so you know what kind of night you’re walking into. We were three women and three men, and the mix just worked. No awkward pauses, no fake icebreakers — just real conversation and a good atmosphere. One guy got replaced before dinner, which I thought would ruin the flow, but the app handled it perfectly. The 3+3 format makes a huge difference cọmpared to others I’ve tried. It feels balanced, genuine, and somehow more personal. I left thinking, finally, an app that gets social dining right.

Worth a Second Try

I joined a dinner through Blender after hearing it was more balanced than other apps — and it really is. The 3+3 setup feels natural, and you can actually see who’s joining before confirming, which avoids weird surprises. One person canceled last minute, but the replace option filled the seat right away. The restaurant matched my price range, and the timing between dinner and drinks worked much better than I expected. Only small downside: the lock feature can be confusing. Someone got replaced because they forgot to lock their spot. Still, way fewer awkward moments than with other apps. Overall, it’s fun, organized, and feels like meeting real people, not random profiles or bots. I’ll definitely keep using it.
