No problems with my orders at all. I was even able to add extras and include instructions. No issues at all.
Can’t customize
Blenders offers a lot of customizations to their smoothies, which is why we love them so much. With the app you can’t customize any of the smoothies, and they took away the Build-a-blender so you can’t even make your own. I have allergies and my kids are picky, so this app is unfortunately useless for us. I still love Blenders, but this app will prevent us from going since we almost exclusively order ahead.

There have been two times now that the app does not give me my points from my purchases. There is not an option to manually put in the receipt to receive the points. Very disappointing.

Where is RED cranberry?
I LOVE these smoothies. However, I’m beyond disappointed that the app has become so limiting, especially by excluding the ability to order red cranberry when it’s been on the website. I’ve ordered it in person instead but the employees don’t seem to know the difference :(please help!
Best Smoothies in the Game
Might as well change the name to blenders in the gas because these smoothies are delicious. It was so awesome the only way I found out about them was when I barely got out of my house fire and this guy I believe Scott Webber? Looks like a younger Brad’s Pitt saved my baby and my 5 baby puppies wearing only a speedo! App is terrible. Won’t let me add extra items in my drink. I usually get blenders on my lunch because it’s convenient and fast but I’m so petty I honestly won’t order from them again, because why did you make me download an app when I don’t have much storage left and the can’t even use the app to order my drink ? So stupid.

Whatdver you do, do not input all your personal info to create a profile just to find out this app is worthless. They took away ALL the online ordering options that were available on the website - nothing is actually customizable anymore. If you were swapping things because you have a food allergy or intolerance, then you will NOT want to use this. Blenders, if you wanted to cancel online ordering, JUST DO THAT. This data-mining fake out was uncalled for.

You would think this would be a priority fix. ALSO, the app doesn’t give you the ability to create your own blender and alternatives are not as abundant as the online ordering. Very disappointing

How is it possible to funnel all of your customers to an app that does not work? The store won’t take orders over the phone and their website ordering is being shut down. Companies should focus on making it easier to order their products, not harder.

The scan for points works at times but the ordering has yet to work. I am unable to order through the app.
