Got overcharged on food , rang in price to make a combo plus an extra $.70 for a large drink when it would have been cheaper to ring in cookie and drunk separate.
Won’t show reward points
The entire point of downloading this app is get reward points, but the app doesn’t tell you any info about points. I can order on the web site just like this app so no point in the app
Worked great…until it didn’t
Have ordered multiple times through app. It’s been very useful as I usually eat here at least once a week. The last 2 times I have tried to order through app, I get an error that my “cart can’t be validated” I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling app to no avail. I’ve also tried ordering directly through site and received the same error. The app is now useless to me and I can find no way to contact anyone for support. I suppose I’ll have to give my business to other quick service establishments that wish to serve their customers. Shame as I’ve been eating at Blimpie for nearly 40 years…

Don’t Bother
Got lots of iOS warnings about this app sharing marketing data with other companies. Tried the opt-out links which was a waste of time - they kept bombing out and not working
Received confirmation email for user ID and it was in html code. Dig through the code and figured out how to confirm.
Started order, but it was wanting to charge me for stuff that my Blimpie’s store does not charge me for - like banana peppers and sweet peppers.
Prices were different on the app than in the store.
My lunch hour today is super short and am on mind numbing conference calls all day so no way for me to just call and no time to stand in line to order. Guess it’s time for Jersey Mike’s, Subway, Chick-Fil-A or a hundred other sub shops that know how to write apps

App never works
Downloads super fast, but doesn’t load anything. This is on or off WiFi using cellular data. The website doesn’t work either… terrible
Doesn’t work! You can’t sign up no email ever send!
Deleting and going to go to Subway never use Blimpie again too stupid to get a good app probably too stupid to make your food right to!
No way to pay
When you get to the Checkout part, there’s no way to add a payment method. So you can’t actually order anything through this app.
