On the right track but the app is so freaking glitchy. It’s frustrating to use.
Flakey
App crashes when trying to add multiple photos. Once you close(crash) a hunt you cannot edit comments. Not ready for use. You will be frustrated.
Missing too many species
No option to add species and missing too many to keep a good log
I wanted this to be everything it promised
Wicked cool concept. Unfortunately the bugs that plague this app (at least on my iPhone 13 Pro) keep it from being a anything more than just that.. most of the time I can’t upload photos and when I do get them to upload they are unable to be viewed. Also 7/10 times you just get an error code if you try and log a hunt. I want this app to work so bad because I’m obsessed with looking at the data it provides at the end of a season. P.S… don’t go off of the “shooting hours” listed in the app they could be wrong and you will be illegally shooting birds.

This app is amazing. It not only keeps track of numbers but also tracks weather and wind. Would highly recommend to any waterfowl hunter.

Awesome tool for the avid hunter
The guys at BlindBag have put together an awesome product! Recording data from hunts helps you keep track of what works and what doesn’t when it comes to putting birds in the bag. The BlindBag team is also really responsive. As someone who has recently added upland hunting to my repertoire, I actually reached out to see if they would include some upland species. They responded by adding the American woodcock to the app, a bird that my dog and I love to chase! Using this app, I can easily record when and where I found success hunting, and the app automatically saves additional info such as weather, sunrise, wind direction. The app then uses this data to create charts so you can easily see trends in which conditions are most conducive to successful hunting! To the team at BlindBag: great job, keep it up!!

Bugs
Says there is no season open when there is. Can’t use the app. Now won’t let me log back in. Seems like some issues need to be fixed.

Southern Duck Hunter Approved…
Track your hunts and keep a permanent record of the info about them, what’s not to like. I usually keep a journal with pics to keep some type of data log so I’ll know what the best weather is for a particular spot It’s not easy to remember all the weather, where exactly you were, and what you harvested, but with this app it makes it so much easier! Beats the DU app for sure!
