Difficult & Problematic
This is a very confusing product to use, and often has problems or crashes. Takes an extremely long time to load an invoice or estimate and often will not load at all. Not recommended.

I think we have been one of the 1st companies that use BM over 12 now and I can say this system has open so many new doors for us and made our business streamline and organise in so many ways we couldn’t be without it it’s got so many features.

I always thought that job scheduling involves in-person requirements until I found the BlindMatrix App. I was very much delighted with its comprehensive service that was flawless.

All round pretty good
I use this app most days, it is quite good, it makes the overall process of surveying easier because it prices everything for you there and then, it can be a bit time consuming to input all of the information, particularly if the customer wants a quote in multiple products for multiple windows in multiple fabrics etc... much better if the customer already knows what they want. Overall I am happy with the app and would recommend it to surveyors and particularly manufacturers

A fantastic app for blind industry
I have been using the blind matrix application now for bout 6 months .
It save so much time being able to enter the blind details for the customer and automatically generated the customers quote , right there in front of them with the click of a button .
It means I can relax when I get home instead of spending hours calculating quotes .
Then once the customer places their order , I just click a button or 2 and send the purchase order to my suppliers .
It’s so easy to use and I have only just scratched the surface with what the system is capable of . I’m really excited to start using the CRM system now as well as intergrate with my XERO accounting program as well . Then I can jump into the auto marketing , auto sms functions , google map compatibility’s and so much more to continue saving more and more time .

Does not work with iPhone/iPad
This app worked fine on my iPhone 7 (albeit with certain restrictions) prior to the recent update. Since the update the app will only install to 60% and then says ERROR timed out. I have tried to install this on other apple devices, however the same issue arises.
I hope to see improvements
Works really well on android, but not yet on the Apple OS.

a new version of the app has been released which is similar to the android version. its been significantly improved.
Can not login and stuck in 50% loading screen
This apps is not working in my iPhone 6. The loading screen just stuck on 50% loading progress and get a black screen after that. I never get login to this apps.

there is a speed issue in new zealand with the app whilst syncronising, this will be resolved in feb 2020. however the android app sync speed will be resolved in new zealand 1st week of december 2019
