Que se passe-t-il avec la nouvelle mise à jour? L’application se ferme dès qu’on essaie de l’ouvrir… j’ai mis trois étoiles car, je sais que vous ferez quelque chose rapidement

Hilft Blinden bei räumlicher Orientierung
Hilft bei der räumlichen Orientierung, am Standort und über die Simulation auch an unbekannten Orten weltweit - noch fehlende POI wie z. B . einige Bushaltestellen lassen sich notfalls über Forursquare selbst ergänzen, was ich schon öfter gemacht habe. Mehr POI, die auch schneller aktualisiert werden, wären noch wünschenswert.

It's a demo
I'm not blind but I'm interested in tech that improves lives. For the blind it may go back to when I was in K/1st grade and I read a book about a boy who'd become blind from a firecracker, went to boarding school with his guide dog, learned to type and knit argyle socks. I was such a Pollyanna. . .
A guide dog sounded amazing but it's not the only assistance I pay attention to now. I helped on apps to help people ID their pantry items, clothing colors, photo subjects, etc. .
Combine assistance tech and maps/mapping systems and I have to check it out. This isn't one. This is a demo for the real thing. I have no idea why “Ukulele12” believes they should rate this at all. It probably only works under limited circumstances and it's possible they didn't use it properly.

Bad app. Don’t use it.
Crashes
The app is useless because it keeps crashing especially when the screen goes off. It crashes so much it doesn’t function. The full BlindSquare app doesn’t seem to have this issue.
Kosten-Nutzen fraglich
Die App stellt POIs in der Nähe dar und nutzt die Anna Compact zur Ansage. Wo der Brückenschlag zu Acapela besteht ist in der Testversion nicht erkennbar. Sie gibt auch Infos über umliegende Punkte aus, bietet aber keine integrierte Navigation. Hier greift sie auf Drittanbieter zurück und stellt somit nur einen Eingangs-Punkt zu Infos dar, die mir kostenlose Apps auch anbieten. Einzig die Orientierungsansagen sind nützlich, aber während der aktiven Navigation beispielsweise mit Navigon zu viel des Guten. Für mich keine sinnvolle Investition. Fairerweise muss ich hinzufügen, dass sie preislich im Vergleich zum Trekker Breeze oder KAPTEN Mobility ein chnäppchen ist. - Anmerkung: Ich habe jahrelang im Bereich mobiler Zugangslösungen für Blinde gearbeitet und auch an wesentlich teureren Navigations-Apps mitgearbeitet. Daher ist einerseits der Preis schon erstaunlich günstig, andererseits die teuerste App des Entwicklers. Das macht mich stutzig und gemessen am Preis ist der Funktionsumfang einfach dürftig. Ich könnte es auch noch schärfer formulieren: Die Nutzer finanzieren die 1.500 Euro für den Sight City Stand schön mit - so ein Entwickler muss da sicher nicht ausstellen.
