It kept prompting to log in ask if I have a card - again & again. Every time server error. Very not user friendly at all!

I had a bad experience on this new version just updated today. First it started to ask me enter my phone number, then following by having me enter my password. They updated software asking me whether l already have a card - of course I have, then I select Yes, then at this moment, it still works well where the apps managed to find my card, after clicking the next button, it asks me to enter the new pin. After I entered, it prompted me setup is successful. Then the disaster happened. There is only one button “Login Now” to click. After I click, I circulate to the same page I had been through … enter password, ask me whether I have card, then set pin, … I can’t login in at all.

Cannot access

I have to log in again and again and still not access the app

Can't register and keep getting error

This is my first time signing up for bonuslink, and what a bad experience. After entering all the details, error popup everywhere, force close and restarting the app also doesn't work. I then tried to request a card by clicking on "I need a card", but keep showing the same page and telling my card not found. Of course la, because I just sign up.

Cannot Log In via Apps

The Bonuslink apps keeps on repeating the same process of:
1. Requesting OTP
2. Key in new password
3. Key new PIN & confirm
4. Link to card
5. Ready to explore
6. Needs to log in again
7. When I tried to log in with password in (2) above - error
8. Tried to log in with (3) above also failed
9. Then I have to go trough process from no. (1) to (8) again & again but still cannot log in

Everything doing well there? I dont see your apps functioning anymore and no one responding. More issue has been going on ever since many years ago bonuslink disable self perform redemption at petrol station.


When can I login to apps??????
Apps login and kick me out as me login again and ask me set up 6digit pin and restart whole process again. I not even enter into your apps main dashboard. Is your developer still working?

Can’t even view in keep looping on login password

Kept me in a loop

Keep making me go in a loop: asked me to login, looked for my blink card number, asked me to key in my PIN number, then back to the log in page.

Thanks for the advice this app.. very helpful for checking points.. no need to going shell counter..

Very good idea to make sure every point can use buy a petrol & any item at shell or other outlets.. thanks..
