Three tap dial

To dial the number you tap the app, tap the phone and then tap dial. App doesn't do what it says it does. Takes three taps to speed dial the number.

New problem

I've been using this for a few years and was ok that it took an extra few seconds to open another page or 2. But now it's prompting me to click "ok" or "cancel" with the phone number of the person. Not speed dial anymore. More like slow dial

Works great!

I have a father who suffers from Alzheimer's. I wanted an app that could show a picture of person, hit the icon & it will dial the person. It works!
I can see why someone may think it doesn't work, because the instructions are not super clear (although almost self explanatory).
