Charged $150 for annual renewal when I canceled before free trial ended.
Totally over rated
The app is full of tired books and the list wears out fast. I signed up for a 7 day trail and on day 5 canceled but still got charged the full amount. Don’t fall for it
Installation issues
The app loads to the last page on an iPhone but does not have an option to “Add app to Home Screen” requiring a search for it or scrolling through all your apps to find it on last page. I deleted it faster than it installed.
Don’t do it
They will do everything possible to not allow you to cancel the “free” trial.
Downloads
The download feature doesn’t work all the time, it gets stuck even after open and closing the app or having the app up to date.
Surprise
I found this episode interesting as it touched my learnings and shared intuitive understanding. I like what I heard and wonder what is next.. I mean for me.
Usability problems
Scrolling is very sluggish and unpredictable even on modern iPad Pro. When you switch back to the app you end up at different places of the blink but not where you left off.

Been using Blinkist forbid very useful when it comes to summarizing influential self improvement books LUCIA communication skills everything that you can think of where you need it quickly in a five minute span or read through it or listen to it. It comes with that and it’s does good
Don’t waste your money
$139 a year for AI book summaries from people I have never heard of. This app is a total ripoff. If you think you will get smarter from reading cliff’s notes for 5 minutes every morning think again!
No monthly plans
The lack of a monthly payment plan is really frustrating. I don't mind paying for an app if I'm going to use it. But paying for an entire year for something I haven't had a chance to try over an extended period is out of the question. The way I see it, you're cashing in on peoples' aspirations and good intentions, rather than on value delivered consistently, month over month. Plain and simple.

Poor Customer Service
Very positive about the platform had an issue with the billing which was unresolved. It offered me £37.99 for the annual renewal but I was charged £47.99. After requesting the difference was refunded this was refused. After being a customer for a few years I am left disappointed.

I’m giving this app a five because I feel like giving you a free book specifically designed for you and your interest is honestly very helpful and it never runs out of ideas to give you. There’s so many books out there and if you want to get a book design just imperfectly for you that can teach you something every day you just 15 to 20 minutes then blanket

Caution
Cancelling is difficult. The process is not obvious and there are no auto-renewal reminders and no refunds. Cancellation requests are met with sales tactics.

I looked at the app with a view to a subscription. Checked the prices and was OK with them. Then started reading reviews and responses. That’s when I decided against subscribing.
The stock answer to any review, query, issue, etc is send us a message. They don’t answer questions or respond to issues in the forum. Why?
Responding in the reviews sections surely gives everyone the benefit of the answer, rather than just responding privately to users. The level of repetitive vagueness in the responses stopped me signing up.
When you charge for your service, you need to do better. I especially expect to see detailed responses to 1 and 2 star reviews. But you can’t be bothered with that.
Overall, the company’s lack of responses tells me that, customer satisfaction is not a priority. It tells me the company doesn’t care. It tells me they only care about the money, not the product, or the people who buy the product.
My search continues.
