Great when it works
So this app has actually been pretty great for the most part until recently when it just stopped working for days at a time. This really sucks when you pay by the week. Absolutely nothing in this app works right and hasn’t for days. Even the help which always says someone typically responds in minutes. They don’t. There is no one there. The only thing that does work is I attempted to see if I could get a new AI profile to work which cost $4.99. It uploaded some of the pictures but has been stuck preparing the profile for like 4 days now but it sure went ahead and charged me $4.99. So the only part that seems to work is charging you on the app and for the app anymore. I’m so frustrated! tried this again and what do you know… paid for the app and A new profile and it doesn’t work at all but once again I got charged for all this and Apple won’t return my money. The amount of money that this app owes me is crazy.

I downloaded the app paid for a subscription and whenever I attempt to generate a photo nothing happens and it’ll load and disappear. I’d like my 10 dollars back.
