Not what it claims
It’s not reliable. It’s not fast. It’s not even a drone. I was actually intrigued to see a company use technology and drones as a new approach to fast delivery. I ordered 2 boxes of cereal for a test run with the service. Selected drone delivery and made payment. From there the app said payment taken…and then nothing for hours. No updates. The messaging function does not work. I wrote an email to ask for updates…anything…that would confirm my order was being delivered. 8 hours later, at 10:30pm, a driver pulls up and places the bag from the grocery store that is 10 minutes from my house. I only knew it was delivered because my Ring alerted me. No updates on the app. No notifications. A big claim about the future of delivery and nothing to back it up — no drone delivery and a terrible app with no functionality or support.

Scam
Do NOT use. App is a scam. It gives you a timer of 4 mins and makes you think your order is being sorted out and then shipped through a drone delivery. I never received my product and there is nothing way to get a refund or any support on their end. They prompt you to write a message which never got answered. Big Scam!
